Nessa data, devemos nos conscientizar do quanto a nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela longevidade do ser humano e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do bem-estar f\u00edsico, ps\u00edquico, emocional, social e espiritual. No entanto, com o ritmo acelerado da rotina contempor\u00e2nea, percebe-se um aumento consider\u00e1vel no consumo de alimentos ricos em calorias (<em>fast foods<\/em>, refrigerantes, carnes \u201cgordas\u201d, entre outros) em detrimento dos alimentos\u00a0<em>in natura<\/em>\u00a0ou minimamente processados.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a ci\u00eancia sabe que existem in\u00fameras rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre a m\u00e1 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas n\u00e3o transmiss\u00edveis. A hipertens\u00e3o, por exemplo, \u00e9 agravada pelo excesso de sal e comidas industrializadas, ao passo que o diabetes se acentua com a ingest\u00e3o desbalanceada de carboidratos. Por outro lado, sabe-se que a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios regulares aliados a uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o balanceada com prote\u00ednas, carboidratos, lip\u00eddios, fibras e vitaminas s\u00e3o as chaves para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade do ser humano.<\/p>\n<p>A quest\u00e3o da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel tem tamanha import\u00e2ncia que a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) e a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Pan-Americana da Sa\u00fade (OPAS) orientam mudan\u00e7as na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em prol da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da pandemia de obesidade e doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas n\u00e3o transmiss\u00edveis. Nesse sentido, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade (MS) publica o guia alimentar para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira com 10 passos para ter uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais saud\u00e1vel. Tais sugest\u00f5es s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Fa\u00e7a pelo menos tr\u00eas refei\u00e7\u00f5es (caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, almo\u00e7o e jantar) e dois lanches saud\u00e1veis por dia junto dos familiares e longe da televis\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m do mais \u00e9 importante evitar \u201cpular\u201d refei\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li>\n<li>Incluir, diariamente, seis por\u00e7\u00f5es do grupo de cereais e tub\u00e9rculos, dando sempre a prefer\u00eancia por alimentos integrais;<\/li>\n<li>Comer ao menos 3 por\u00e7\u00f5es de legumes e frutas durante o dia;<\/li>\n<li>Comer arroz com feij\u00e3o ao menos 5 vezes na semana;<\/li>\n<li>Comer tr\u00eas por\u00e7\u00f5es de leite e derivados e uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de carnes, aves, peixes ou ovos;<\/li>\n<li>Consuma, no m\u00e1ximo, uma por\u00e7\u00e3o por dia de \u00f3leos vegetais, azeite, manteiga ou margarina. Evite gorduras trans;<\/li>\n<li>Evitar alimentos industrializados e ultra processados (refrigerantes, sucos de \u201ccaixa\u201d, bolos, biscoitos recheados, doces, salgadinhos, entre outros);<\/li>\n<li>Diminuir o consumo de sal e retirar o saleiro da mesa. Al\u00e9m do mais, evita ingerir, em excesso, lingui\u00e7as, carnes \u201cgordas\u201d, hamb\u00farguer, salsicha, charque, etc;<\/li>\n<li>Beber ao menos 2 litros de \u00e1gua por dia;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Praticar ao menos 30 minutos por dia de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos, evitar o consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas e tabaco.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Os trabalhadores da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil t\u00eam no Servi\u00e7o Social da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil do Distrito Federal (Seconci-DF) um apoio para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e o tratamento de algumas doen\u00e7as por meio de palestras, programa de hipertens\u00e3o e diabetes (PHD), consultas assistenciais, atendimento odontol\u00f3gico e assist\u00eancia social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na data de 31 de mar\u00e7o \u00e9 comemorado o dia da sa\u00fade e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o.
